I would expect a great social life but I’d probably feel crap every Monday and my exercise and good choices during the week would feel difficult.
If you spend your weekend absorbing quality time with those that truly matter, being active and focusing on feeling great come Monday what result would you expect to get?
I would expect a lot of satisfaction from my weekend, I’d feel like my good choices during the week days are building blocks on top of my great choices over the weekend. I would feel happy and content.
Take a look at what you prioritise during your time off. What does that do for you at the time and for you future.
Nothing will change in your life or your health until you change what you prioritise.

Movement. Move MORE. Get out there everyday and absorb the fresh air. Make time to go for long walks/runs/bikes, PRIORITISE movement. When you move more you feel better, you make better choices and your priorities change.

Nowadays our priorities have changed and quality time consists of a lot more activity.
