Rev (for short) is run by Christchurch personal trainer, nutrition expert and life coach Leonee Parker. Leonee has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry, she originally started at Les Mils in 2007 and is now running Rev with her husband and three young sons by her side.
At Rev they offer much more than just basic personal training. They run 10 small group training sessions per week, work privately with clients doing HIIT and weight training, they work in schools such as StAC, with sporting teams such as Burnside Rugby Club and with businesses to enhance work place health and productivity. They work closely with their clients and approach everything with a professional, real and non sugar coated manner. Along with their training programs and services they offer nutrition consultations, seminars, plans and advice including private and group life coaching.
