Our Rev Mums Fitness Programs are HIIT and strength training workouts for Mums who love pushing themselves and having the convenience of bringing their children with them. We focus on fitness gains with HIIT training and strength gains with resistance training with a specific day for our lower body weights. Achieving a strong, toned body after children is absolutely achievable with the right training and guidance. We guarantee this program will have you feeling better and looking better than before you had children. We have our more advanced group or our Beginner program for Mums who haven’t exercised for a while or are postpartum.
This program has been carefully designed and delivered by Leonee and Ra Parker who are qualified personal trainers with extra qualifications in pre and post pregnancy.
We offer 5 Rev Mums sessions per week with capped number at 6-8 ladies.
Tuesday and Thursday at 9.00am is our beginner group.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am is our advanced group.
