Our Tuff Mums Fitness Programs are HIIT workouts for Mums who love pushing themselves and having the convenience of bringing their children with them OR our Beginner program for Mums who haven’t exercised for a while, are pregnant or postpartum. Some new mums are a little hesitant about exercise during pregnancy or unsure about what is safe, how far they can take their training and when is the right time to stop and start training again after.
Our Tuff Mums workout covers all of these myths, fears and questions so that you can feel comfortable training and exercising before, during and after pregnancy with a qualified, professional trainer who is a mum herself and been there and one it who knows exactly what you are going through.
