Kids and Teens Exercise Classes.
We have 2 classes this year Tuesday and Thursday at 3.30pm. We do a mixture of challenging and fun workouts.

Today we did 5km run with our 10 year old. He had some tough moments but I talked to him about how strong his mind is and he kept pushing despite wanting to stop. He smashed it!
The strength and resilience you gain from doing challenging exercise will help you navigate life.
For kids it also teaches them about discipline, it builds their self belief and confidence and it sets them up for a lot more freedom in their lives when they’re adults – they will gain the tools to stay healthy, fit and able.
We worked with many young people in 2023, we’ve got more coming on in 2024.
