One on one and doubles training are our personalised options for people who need personal guidance or who would prefer to pay the extra cost to have private training.
These sessions are purely catered to your goals, your strengths, your weaknesses, your times and your personal needs on your health and fitness journey. We suggest doing a minimum of 3 sessions per week and committing to this for no less than 8 weeks. We bring in a large element of mind-set coaching and nutrition, when we feel you need it.
People who have committed to private training have noticed dramatic differences in their energy levels, fat loss, muscle gains, more happiness, more clarity, happier with their loved ones. The list goes on. They really are life changing and we love that we can offer our private clients the studio all to themselves 3 or more times per week.
