Mondays are very full on here at Revitup, we start at 5am and don’t stop till we hit the wall at night! Days and nights like this are when people always go for the convenience of takeaway meals right? Throwing highly processed, high sugar foods down your throat is the last thing your body needs after a hectic day. Why not take 10 minutes to make an omelette!! So filling and full of protein, fiber antioxidants and so much more good stuff! There’s no excuses really is there?
