Our approach on nutrition is simple…… We always suggest whole foods and lots of vegetables. Our approach to whole foods is with a 80/20% approach. This means 80% of the time we’re eating to nourish and 20% of the time we’re enjoying ice-cream with the kids, wine with our friends and just generally enjoying life’s luxuries.
We want you to understand what you’re eating, we want you to love what you’re eating and we want you to find it easy to continue eating that way. When it comes to weight loss nutrition is a very personal journey and it’s never a case of one size fits all. We work out what you individually need and give you our expert recommendations from there.

I have been part of the Revitup family for a few months now. I can honestly say I am enjoying exercising again. Both Ra and Leonee are approachable , friendly and very knowledgeable in what they do. They get the best out of you by keeping it fun in a relaxed environment.
I started training with Leonee and Ra at the start of 2016. What a great team!! My fitness has improved, I’ve achieved fitness goals I never dreamed of doing. Ra adapts sessions to help the injured & I always feel like I’ve given it 100%.
I have such a better understanding with food and nutrition & that’s not all Leonee helps with. The mindset work we have done alongside challenges has all helped. Can’t wait to see what the future will bring. Keep up the good work!
Revitup has been amazing at getting me started on the right track with my fitness and encouraging me all the way. They also come up with challenges and extra opportunities to test my fitness. Injuries are no obstacle as Ra adapts my training to take my injuries into consideration. Revitup gym and the support of Ra and Leonee has been the best thing that happened to my fitness journey. I had training every day one on one with Ra and began to notice a difference in my physical strength and ability as well as my mental capabilities.
I started to wonder if I would ever find a gym I felt safe and confident in and then found myself enjoying getting up at 6am and training every morning including boot camps – something I never thought I would be comfortable with! But with the continual support of Ra as my coach and now friend, and Leonee as a mentor through the process, I found a love of becoming fit again. The ideal gym for anybody.

Rev is absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend Leonee and Ra enough. Rev is more than a gym. Leonee and Ra provide life coaching that comes part of the parcel when you join Rev. I have managed to improve my overall mental health and losing almost 15kg purely from exercising in the group sessions and taking in their advice on nutrition.
I would highly recommend Revitup to everyone no matter your shape, size or fitness level. I started with Rev one year ago after having a baby. I started at there bubs and mums classes which are fantastic as it meant i was able to bring my son along and also meet other mums with similar age children. Since joining i have lost 10kg and never felt better.
I am so grateful that I took the time to invest in myself with Revitup Strength and Fitness. It has been a game changer for me, not only do I feel stronger and healthier but I feel so much better in myself.

Super bummed ive missed out on far too many sessions this year due to work commitments and ive seriously missed the training and sweat sessions lol and more importantly the high & feeling of accomplishment you get after a good workout with a great trainer and a fab bunch of people! Leonee and Ra are so supportive and genuinely care! Im not the easiest person to train however they are always so encouraging and very flexible with changing around times for training.
My 12 year old son started the youth group fitness this term to work on his fitness for rugby but also give something else a go that was outside his normal “team sports” and work on some individual goals. I have watched a class and was super impressed with how the class was conducted, great praise and encouragement the whole way through which i commended Ra on.
My sons fitness has improved immensely, he’s super busy as i’m sure most kids are at his age, he backs up his fitness class with Ra with fitness at Rugby. Even though he is tired, he feels the improvement in his fitness at which makes Rugby more enjoyable. I recommend this class to any parent or caregiver to get their children moving, its fun friendly and very affordable. It’s also teaching our children to invest in their health and creating great habits at a young age.

I joined Rev it up in 2016 at the time I felt I was very unfit. Leonee and Ra are amazing. They both encouraged me to be the best I could be. I joined the morning boot camp sessions (Amazing for me as I’m not a morning person) Within a very short time I felt fit and healthy but most of all happy. I no longer went to the scales everyday. I learned to take notice of what my body was telling me and the results of exercise, healthy eating and drinking certainly made such a difference to my overall well being.
Amazing gym with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Ra is an awesome trainer and has helped me reach so many fitness goals that I wouldn’t be able to reach on my own!
When I met with Leonee about 18 months ago I was skeptical that I would love myself again, rid my anxiety and fear of saying yes to new things and get addicted to Rev It Up – this is what she told me would happen. Fast forward 18months and oh my goodness she couldn’t of been more right. My self confidence has climbed enormously and I no longer have the anxiety hanging over me with new experiences or moments of weakness.
The Rev bootcamps i attend are incredible and i always leave feeling like i gave it my all and was pushed to my limit, not someone else’s.

Leonee and Ra changed my life.. Simple as that in my eyes. From my very first meeting I never felt anything but love and support. I came away from my first appointment knowing my life was going to be different from then on. Im a work in progress but 2 years and 45kg lighter I feel blessed to have had the support of these beautiful humans in my life. I learnt a lot about nutrition and how to do exercise.. I love the small group classes (like Tuff Mums), where we not only have a laugh but work VERY hard, don’t think because it’s a Mums group it’s easy!
