Our Tuff Mums workout is aimed at women who want to exercise during pregnancy, right through to postnatal exercise and post pregnancy workouts. Some new mums are a little hesitant about exercise during pregnancy or unsure about what is safe, how far they can take their training and when is the right time to stop and start training again after.
Our Tuff Mums workout covers all of these myths, fears and questions so that you can feel comfortable training and exercising before, during and after pregnancy with a qualified, professional trainer who is a mum herself and been there and one it who knows exactly what you are going through.
We offer 3 Tuff Mum sessions per week at 9:30am Monday, Wednesday & Friday. This is a 45 minute program designed for mums who want true fitness, strength and health for themselves and their children for many years to come. We focus on high intensity sessions that burn fat, build lean strong muscle and are lots of fun! Boxing, weights, circuits, a bit of everything to keep you motivated! The maximum number in this group is 10. You can bring your kiddies along. Our mums melt fat and build powerful bodies and lives in as little as 8 weeks! This program is in high demand.
