For those of you that are training hard and are keeping your protein levels high sometimes protein shakes can get a little boring. Try the below recipe:
Strawberry, blueberry and choc-chip ice cream!
- Organic natural unsweetened yogurt
- Strawberry protein powder
- Half a cup of blueberries
- A handful of choc-chips (leave this out and it will be just as good! I made this one for a treat for my son who very rarely has chocolate)
Mix everything together and freeze for a couple of hours. Take out and let sit for 5 minutes then crush it up and mix it round thoroughly until it takes an ice cream form.
