Our Rev Mums strength and fitness programs are designed to create fit, strong, vibrant Mums. We deliver these sessions using HIIT and weight training to challenge our Mums and leave them feeling worked, strong, sweaty and de-stressed.
These sessions are catered to your individual needs and are designed to progress your fitness and strength safely and effectively whilst having the convenience of bringing your little ones with you!
We have our beginner Rev Mums classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 9.00am and our more advanced classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am. These all run for 45 minutes in 12 week rounds. We have small groups of between 4-6 Mums maximum. (these book out very fast so please enquire ASAP).
Frequently asked questions
Where does my baby/child go whilst I’m exercising? Your little one must be strapped into a pram and the pram stays beside you during the whole session. Sometimes they may get upset and that’s fine, we can help you distract them and/or we can change the workout slightly for you so you can cuddle them and continue. Generally they’re so distracted by the music and watching their Mumas work hard that they rarely get upset, they often mimic the workout or dance, it’s such great role modelling for them and it takes no time at all for them to get used to the environment!
Do we need to bring anything for our babies/children? Yes, please bring age appropriate food/snacks/drink. Bring toys and colouring books and an Ipad or device (depending on age). The aim is to give you 45 minutes to yourself whilst they’re distracted and enjoying the vibe! (We have a toy box in the gym also)
I need help with my nutrition and goal setting too, can you help with this? Yes, absolutely! Before you start in the group you are required to do a 1:1 session with Leonee to ensure you’re ready, able and safe to continue in a group situation, during this session you will do a goal setting and strategy session also, you can do measurements and BIA testing too. We provide you with a nutrition plan and give you as much guidance as you need. We will also send you home with Rev’s Mini Course which will fast track your knowledge and give you invaluable learnings that you can carry with you forever! Nutrition and exercise will never be a confusing topic again!
