Choose any of the above to suit your busy schedule. All sessions are based around strength training to build lean muscle mass after birth and children. They consist of a good variety of cardio and HIIT training (at your level) to help you keep up with your busy lifestyle and feel strong and fit for your family. Nothing beats this!

This program has been carefully designed and delivered by Leonee and Ra Parker who are qualified personal trainers with extra qualifications in pre and post pregnancy.
5 Rev Mums sessions per week with a maximum of 6 Mums per class for high quality training.

Prices start at $30.00 per week and end at $80.00 per week depending on your goals and preferences.
