We LOVE training in the morning here at Revitup! The earlier the better! Some of the benefits of pulling yourself out of bed before sunrise are;
– You feel more energised for the rest of the day
– You are more likely going to make better food choices throughout your day
– You will sleep better at night
– There’s no time to talk yourself out of training
– It’s out of the way for the day so other things don’t become priority later
– Your often not doing much other than sleeping at 6.00 am right?
