My 12 year old son started the youth group fitness this term to work on his fitness for rugby but also give something else a go that was outside his normal “team sports” and work on some individual goals. I have watched a class and was super impressed with how the class was conducted, great praise and encouragement the whole way through which i commended Ra on.
My sons fitness has improved immensely, he’s super busy as i’m sure most kids are at his age, he backs up his fitness class with Ra with fitness at Rugby. Even though he is tired, he feels the improvement in his fitness at which makes Rugby more enjoyable. I recommend this class to any parent or caregiver to get their children moving, its fun friendly and very affordable. It’s also teaching our children to invest in their health and creating great habits at a young age.
