This is our hardest series of sessions. You will be put through your paces by Ra Parker our head coach and strength and conditioning personal trainer. This is the program we recommend to athletes who want to increase performance drastically.
Although it is a hard program, due to the small number we take on there is room for ALL fitness levels and we can adapt everything we do to suit your fitness level. These sessions are 30 minutes long and consist of all high intensity, maximum heart rate exercises. Sprints, plyometrics, boxing, circuits, resistance training and so much more!
We offer 2 Rev HIIT evening bootcamp sessions per week. These sessions are mixed with a maximum of 12 per group so get in touch below and learn a bit more about how we can help you achieve your goals.
