Our 15 Week Body & Life Re-Design Project is here to sweep you off your feet and show you exactly how to achieve the body of your greatest dreams. After over 8 years of experience specialising in women’s weight loss, Leonee Parker (Holistic Nutritionist and Weight Loss Coach) and Revitup Fitness have come together again for the most rewarding life changing program they have ever offered over the duration of their careers and businesses. Their expertise goes much deeper than exercise and nutrition. They know to successfully shape a body without the yoyo effect it’s about the right mind-set, nutrition that nurtures and exercise that clients love and feel inspired to do. If you DO NOT want to become a lean, strong, powerful, fat burning machine that rocks a bikini at any age and feels full and satisfied craving your empowering exercise then this isn’t for you.

How Does the 15 Week Body & Life Re-Design Project work

Very simply with just one major rule! We have 3 packages for you to choose from all based around how much love and support you need personally to tackle your weight.

To be eligible to join the project you must want to drop weight, dress sizes or both and have a strong need to get healthy and change your life for the better.

Our one rule is you must commit to 3 training sessions per week in one of Revitups programs of your choice. This is to ensure that you are serious about making change and we can see that you are improving in fitness, attitude and strength every week. If you do more than 3 sessions even better and a higher chance of winning!

Training Programs and Cost (Excluding start up fee)

Morning Bootcamp; $75 per week
4 sessions – Tuesday, Thursday 6.00am, Friday 6.00pm and Saturday 9am.
Evening Bootcamp; $75 per week
4 sessions – Tuesday, Thursday 6.00pm, Friday 6.00pm and Saturday 9am.
Tuff Mums Bootcamp; $60 per week
3 sessions – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am
Lunch Time Bootcamp; $75 per week
4 sessions – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12.30pm and Saturday at 9.00am
Doubles buddy training; (private studio)
$30 each per session ($90 each per week for 3 sessions)
Small Team Training (4 people, private studio);
$20 each per session ($60 each per week for 3 sessions)
1:1 Private Personal Training; (private studio)
$58 each per session ($174 per week for 3 sessions)
If you choose private studio training (doubles, 1:1 and small team training) times can be restrictive. The studio is very popular so if you want one of these options get hold of us ASAP with times you can do and your training option.

The Biggest Loser Body Reset Package. ($120 start up fee then your weekly training program fee)
This package is ideal for those of you that have strong, set intentions. You know you can transform your body you just don't have the right tools to do so. You need to be told what you eat, how to train, and have total support and accountability to push through when times are tough. This package is valued at over $400!
 
- 3 training sessions in your chosen training program (you pay this fee weekly or in bulk for the 12 weeks)
- A 2 stage nutrition plan designed to reset your metabolism, detox your liver and digestive system and burn fat at a rapid rate while maintaining and developing lean muscle.
- Real Food Recipe EbookRecipes to Health and Vitality was a best seller on Amazon and continues to be very popular with huge amounts of education and delicious real food recipes.
- Measurements 4 times throughout the program. Measurement meeting times are every 3rd Saturday morning at 11am. This includes measurements, BIA testing and photos. Everyone taking part will meet at this time in the studio. If you can't make a measurement meeting you will need to book a private time for an extra $20.
- Biggest Loser Private facebook forum access for 24/7 support and guidance. On this forum we will be answering questions, posting extra recipes, motivation and updates. All biggest loser members will be on this forum so you can discuss feats, hard times and have unlimited support within the community.
- At-home exercise plan.
- 100% support and guidance from your coaches. Bullet proof success plan!
The Biggest Loser Body and Mind Reset Package. ($350 start up fee then your weekly training program fee)
This package is ideal for those that need extra support. You need some 1:1 time to get super clear on what you want, when you want it and to stop the excuses that regularly pop up when you try to change your body for the better. 1 life coaching session will have you realise WHY you sabotage and how you can take measures to stop it from continuing and get the very best out of your challenge. This package is valued at over $800!
- 3 training sessions in your chosen training program (you pay this fee weekly or in bulk for the 12 weeks)
- A 3 stage nutrition plan designed to reset your metabolism, detox your liver and digestive system and burn fat at a rapid rate with building and maintaining lean muscle.

- Extra support and guidance from Leonee our life coach to ensure you get the most out of the challenge.
The Biggest Loser Body and Life Reset Package. ($1,500 fee, plus your weekly training program fee)
This package is for you if you have spent over 10 years trying to change your body with no to little luck. You're fed up with the constant battle in your mind. You want freedom from the food and body trap you continue to wrap yourself in.  This program includes 5 LIFE CHANGING life coaching sessions that uncover WHY you use food or alcohol as your outlet. We go deep into your career, relationships and your past to pull out the reasons you have spent hundreds (maybe thousands) on unsuitable diets and weight loss solutions that you have either sabotaged or written off as not for you. QUIT the vicious cycle and get YOU sorted before more of your life is wasted on external approaches when it's the internal that needs work. Valued at over $2,000!

- A personalised nutrition plan created around your likes and dislikes and your dietary needs. Nutrition testing and consultation. Nutrition accountability with daily communication with Leonee. (our nutritionist and life coach)

- Measurements 4 times throughout the program. Private measurements at a time that suits.

All biggest loser members will be on this forum so you can discuss feats, hard times and get unlimited support within the community.
- Empowered Women Private facebook forum access for life! A virtual home for a small group of women who have been through the life changing process of weight loss life coaching. Gain new empowered friends and get life time access to this forum with continued support on your journey.
- Exercise plan for at home that suits you.

What Kind of Results Can I Expect From The project?

The 15 Week Body and Life Re-Design Project has been hugely successful in the past with all our winners losing between 10-17kg over the 15 week period. Other members have lost between 5-10kg, 40-50cm off their total bodies and 2-3 dress sizes. We believe the most important thing you need to succeed in weight loss is to know exactly WHY you want to change and then gaining the support, accountability and the education to continue for life. You can expect MASSIVE life changes taking part in the project. Our promise to you is that we will always deliver our very best and we expect the same in return.

The PRIZE and How the Winner is Made!

The winner of the 12 week biggest loser fat loss challenge will have changed over-all the most. This includes and is not limited to – Centimetre decrease, fat loss, muscle gain, weight decrease, photo change, attitude change, fitness improvement and strength improvement. Results will be released 1 week after completion of the 15 weeks.
